Heh, it is pretty funny!

But I also like that the author includes some little-known info about protein:

...Which is an argument of Diet for a New America, talking about how Americans eat WAY too much protein, and think that it all comes from animal sources, when there's lots of vegetable sources of protein without the saturated fats.

And then there's this:

Should you eat protein? Absolutely. Will it help you lose weight? If you combine it with other healthy foods and an exercise routine, sure. Should you eat it exclusively? Absolutely not.
Which is basically saying, "Don't do Atkins!" Which I'd hope America is starting to see is a really unhealthy diet.
