All you can do, really, is decide whether you want to stay or go.
Either you stick with him until he does come around (if he does) or you leave to pursue other relationships that are more in line with what you would like to have. Those are your options. And an additional 2 cents: sounds like you need a guy who has space in his life for you. Why stay with someone who does not, hoping one day he might change? Life is too short, and there are so many fish in the sea; don't sell yourself short by settling.
