You need to read this book, The Rules, in a hurry. It teaches the old fashion way of how women should conduct herself in a relationship. It is not about playing games, it is all about building your self esteem, Knowing yourself and value yourself before any one else, "Soul mate" or otherwise.

I really feel for you but as much as you want to save this relationship, there is not much you can do if the other person is not into it. It takes two to build and maintain a relationship.
