My dad turned off the alarm because it woke him up instead of me.
Woke up at 10:00 ish.
I'm going to take a sleep fast this night so I can sleep well tomorrow, early.
I should put the alarm right by my head so that I would definitely wake up.
And make a big determination before sleeping and plan for what to do. Before sleeping I will try to do the habit making by setting the alarm, then rise. repeated until I do it without thinking about it.
Did anybody else try this and does it actually work? Because I was thinking that it might not work because when you practice, you actually know that it's fake, but when the real thing comes, you are sleepy and you know that you don't have to wake up if you don't feel like it and might try to go back to sleep?
