Oh I agree, moviestar, all feedback is useful whether supportive or not. I'm just wondering why you felt the need to provide the unsupportive feedback. On other posts in this site, there are many discussions that centre around the concept that you can learn from your own responses to things. I just reckon your response to trina is worthy of your own exploration. That's all.

Just about any overweight woman has motivation to lose weight. I found having dumped the emotional stuff, the weight has just come off, because I don't *need* to eat the comfort food I used to. Everyone's different, and I don't think a "boot camp" method is necessarily required. I like that I no longer feel urges for chocolate etc. My diet has improved 100%. Still don't exercise tho!
