I usually get 3-5g fat from milks, 3-6g from soybeans, and another 10-14g from olive oil, another 10g from raw nuts. So fat intake would be about......20-40g a day. Never much less than 10g daily.

Wow. Is that a lot? I've never thought much about it until now.
