Okay, this makes a lot of sense. Odd, but I suppose I was thinking of precognition in a very linear, deterministic way. Which would leave the psychic with a pretty simple (and boring!) job: "Yes, do that, because it will happen. And no, don't do that, because it wouldn't happen anyway.."
