Glenn Gould's recording of the Goldberg Variations
is a must.
Missa Papae Marcelli by Palestrina
There are lyrics, but it's in Latin, so I don't think it will be a problem.
Die Kunst der Fuge by Bach
The second movement of Sonata Opus 111 by Beethoven
2nd movement of Tempest sonata by Beethoven
And anything by David Lanz.
