Try to go to bed earlier. Dont eat anything for like 3 hours before you go to sleep. Having food being digested decreases the efficiency of your sleep, making you sleep longer. You had said you were getting up at 830 with pretty good consistancy. start there and work your way back, dont jump the gun with 7. And last I would have something to do in the morning, something important, some goal to get you outa bed. Like make it a goal to get out of bed, eat, brush teeth, take shower, get dressed. That way, not only did you get up at your goal time, you got ready for the day too. Then you can have a nice little morning all to your self, till you have to go out.

I guess I'm getting lots and lots of sleep Last night I fell asleep probably 5am and woke up today on 12:00 am. I turned off the alarm that went off at 7:00. I didn't set it to 5am because I laid myself at 4:30 ish.

Maybe I should have skipped last night's sleep altogether. Then I could actually be sleepy all day and so I could sleep at 10 or 11 and wake up at 5:00.
