Sure, I use them when a friend wants to set up a website or blog. They have two methods to automatically set up a WordPress blog as well as many other popular web programs including a BBS which is similar in many ways to the vbulletin software Steve uses for the forums here.
One can host many different domains there and for moderate sized sites is adequate for most peoples needs. If you develop enough traffic to outgrow the hosting (unlikely) you can always move your site to more powerful and expensive hosting later.
