I've read and heard from many people about this cleanser.
Specially from Fran , the author of huge acne web site HignOnHealth.
So-I went to Wallgreens to check it out.
The ingredients look... scary................. Ingredients: Water, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearyl Alcohol, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Butylparaben.
Do you feel it is gentle for your face?
Do You think it helped you as well?

I have a few cleansers floating around the house (Cetaphil, Biotherm, St. Ives, Mario Badescu)
Mario Badescu is the safest and most natural.
Cetaphil is very gentle, does very little for my face sans clean it.
St. Ives face wash is AWESOME for little acne spots.
Biotherm is pricy, but good.
The toners make the biggest difference for me. DDF Glycolic is life changing, its done incredible things to my skin (it's $40 and worth it). Rosewater Witchhazel is also very gentle and cleans up whatever Cetaphil didnt.
Check out makeupalley.com for reviews. They're very accurate.
