I was looking for stuff on poly sleep in late July and came across this site. I gave the link to my friend. I only read a couple of entries (I think Day 1, 2, then mid-process, and the last poly post), but my friend read the whole thing.
We both failed at switching to polyphasic sleep, but my friend kept talking about this site, saying how Steve has great info. I started reading his other entries and now I'm hooked.
It's only been about 2 months though, so I'm still in the process of changing. |
