Power to you! I have lost weight in the past, though not 100 pounds. My advice: consult a doctor and get a regular checkup; eat far less; eat far healthier; exercise way more; if you're about to slip back into unhealthy habits, don't. The "hacker's diet" helped me; search the internet for the free ebook. It explains rationally what you have to do. Good luck!
