But its the process of getting to that "snap decision" as you put it that is the work. |
1. I just felt nobody will give her an answer. She wants emotional support from this thread and that's why I gave her the opposite. Even if I am wrong she should consider my perspective and if it was mean or harsh it will make her think, which is good.
2. Getting rid of emotions is only 1 step. You still have to have some kind of motivation to lose weight.

Extreme dieting still is
struggling. I'm talking about something else. You won't need that because your whole lifestyle will change if you make a real decision.
Mindformula might be right about the life coach. If you really want to change you need external support.
