sounds like it's time to experiment to find out what your limits are. if you could go on 3hrs of sleep and power nap between 12-3 (or even less) w/o affecting your schedule, that would be good. hmmm... come to think of it, if you were to do that, then that's about 6h of sleep a day - which is ... ORDINARY. NOW, if you can sleep 3h a day (consecutive for a week) and not need recoup, then that would be perty good... even better, if you could sustain that schedule w/o any bad side effects.
would be interested to find out how things work out for you w/the minimal sleep.
