I find that I've been reading a lot in bed lately when I'm having trouble sleeping.. and I haven't been sleeping great the last few nights.
I just started going back to school (college) yesterday so that has really slapped my sleeping schedule in a different direction.
When I'm laying in bed I'll find that.. if I can't fall asleep I'll put out my book and start going at it. I'm realizing that I'm having trouble falling asleep if I'm not already insanely tired... I guess this has to do with getting my body back into the swing of things.
As for being on the computer.. I think yeah the biggest time killer is things like msn, myspace and forums. This form is great because you're getting positive feedback about how to live a good life.. but I find that I don't really visit forums based on TV shows, video games or other stuff like that.
I'm trying to make it a goal to talk on msn a lot less.. and when I am actually online I put my status to AWAY to create less traffic.
