Remorse is on a distinguished road
Default Extroverted introvert?

I have ALWAYS been considered as an outspoken opinionated extrovert, but recently I have been drawing away. I like to be alone or with people I have never ever met. I only have a few of what I would call "good" friends.

Also, I can't seem to fit in with my age group. I am 17 (18 in about a week) but I can't help but get along better with adults or kids. I find the people around my group are usually trivial, melodramatic, and occasionally just plain annoying. I expect and look fondly on that in children, but when I find in my own group it annoys me.

I know these problems exist even in adult life, but I dunno, it is just something that kills me.

Is it normal that with new people and a few good friends that I am explosive, but unless I am with them I draw as far away as I can?

I used to be a lot more outgoing when I was pretty (-20lb.s ago) but lately I just don't want to be around people...

Any advice?
