I think one way to meet these women would be to figure out where they work, and based on that, where they'd be having lunch- casual but healthier places, not McDonalds, not a slow sit-down restaurant- in my area it might be Chipotle, Panera, Potbelly sandwiches. Have lunch there each day exactly at lunchtime, and chat with the women in the (inevitably long) lines. A conversation over lunch ought to give you enough time to make enough of a good impression to merit fitting a date into her busy schedule. | If that's what you believe, that's often what you'll find.
