One day freak out over something that isn't a big deal. If she forgets to take the trash out or whatever start yelling at her. If after a minute she doesn't recognize what's going on stop and tell her what you were doing. Then give her some pointers as to what she could do to stand up for herself.
If you do this a couple of times she will start to build up some confidence in herself that she can not take other people's crap. | LOL I love this idea
