Focus On Intentions:- 15 minutes in the morning via music
- 15 minutes in the car on the way to work
- 15 minutes before bed.
I'm finding I have pockets of time during the day where I literally have 30-60 seconds to fill so I'm working on creative ways to work intentions without having to step back and get in a meditative state.
What I'm playing with is taking snippets of music I like and rewriting the lyrics to frame an intention. :-) It's fun and it's keeping me a little more focused.
How's everybody else doing? Anybody having trouble hitting time with intentions on a daily basis?
