A few bowls of Home-made Ramen/Miso-chili soup with rice noodles, lima beans and spinach in the mix. I love ramen.
For dessert I had a buttered (soy) slice of gluten-free* (overripe) banana bread. Again, homemade.
Drink was a glass of water with the hint of cranberry. * I know an all-purpose gluten-free flour mix. If anyone wants it toss me a pm.
