Wait for a time when there's not many customers... only you... go in with something, make sure you get her to serve you. Start up a conversation... keep the conversation going even after you've paid and all that. As you talk, remember body language, lots of smiles and then ask her if she would like to have a drink with you because you would like to get to know her more. Say she's interesting and you just had to ask. She'll be flattered.
