I'm so happy it's working for you! It's great to see people succeed with this.

I'll offer any advice I can for your guide.

Once I feel as good as I did monophasically, I plan to see how it reacts to intense weight training exercises. So far, no one seems to think that it negatively impacts exercise. I'm curious if that is the case.

Right now, I feel pretty normal most of the time, but there are certain times of the day when I cannot read a book or sit still. My eyes keep closing and I get dreamlike thoughts.
