Ouch, well, we both stopped updating this a few days ago. I have been walking every day, without a hitch. I also do other forms of cardio at least 4 days a week, but I still enjoy the walking habit very much.
Whether I'm listening to the mp3 (just listened to 12 pillars by Jim Rohn today) or being with my own thoughts, I certainly do appreciate this 'appointment with myself' on a daily basis.
