I agree with funchy, weight charts are for groups, not individuals.

Are you healthy? Do you feel energetic? Are you relatively happy with your body size? Is your blood sugar kept in check? If your answer is yes, then you probably don't need the extra calories. Honestly, if I ate 2000 calories per day I would gain weight as I don't excersize enough to burn off the excess.

If you are still concerned, visit with your doctor. S/he knows your medical history, including monitoring your diabetes, and will be a great help in determining if you are under weight and what you should do to gain weight while eating healthy.
