I wouldn't want to know all the things I've done in my past lives if it has no relevance to now. In my view, past life info is only relevant if it's something which affects you negatively, so you need to heal it.

There's another method for past life therapy which is effective - it's reading someone's Akashic Record and doing healing work in their Akashic (soul) record. For that, the practitioner is the one who sees the past life events and then recounts them to the client, it has the same effect as past life regression therapy.
