I've been a relaxed vegetarian for about a year, eggs and fish, sometimes pizza (if I was having too much fun to care

) , then gradually became strict just this summer and into the fall, then I went completely raw early november starting with the master cleanse, and now i'm about 90% raw (I drink soymilk when I can't get almond milk, and I refuse to cut out sushi.)
It was never an outright decision to go raw, I kind of absorbed the eating habits of people i read about (like steve, also RawDownUnder on youtube) and close friends - so the whole deal was incredibly easy. i'm trying to apply that kind of 'osmosis' to everything i want to change now.
