i was practicing th 15th step on my own as taught by joe costa.and theres this guide there who was impersonating my real guide.i kept asking questions and he kept replying.so in one of th group sessions i went under and there he was..he started with loving msgs.and i saw a subtle shift in his eyes.they became hard.n then what a trip this guy took me on.he hung me upside down.i recently came across the term incubus..well he was that.he kept changing forms.surprising thing is that he jumped to me from the person im seeing.and was one of his "spirit guides" needless to say hes wary of going deep now.
