hello Moonrambler, The love your friend has for his job will give him better job security then most people in the company. Let's be realistic people that love what they do have a better performance level than others that don't love their job. In times of a recession companies are letting go of workers that provide less value to the companies(Those that hate their work, but do it for the money). If everyone was awake the world's economy would be pretty bad because people would only be paying for needs(Food,Water, and Shelter) so becareful what you wish for. By the way thanks for the article.
