I really loved this article, and I'll echo others in saying it is one of my new favorites. The part that really hit hard for me was thinking about whether people would notice or be upset if you stopped creating value. I work as a music therapist in a school for children with disabilities, and I know these kids (and staff) would be upset if I discontinued my work here. But my biggest struggle has been to deliver this value
on a larger scale...it's hard! This article has renewed my inspiration to keep at it. Thanks, Steve.
