I used to drink a lot of soda back in the day. I even went through a "vitamin water" stage (the fact that those drinks are marketed as healthy is a joke).
I feel lots better sugar-free -- not just the energy and more stabilized metabolism (one that doesn't require a constant stream of dietary glucose) -- but the "freedom" of being free of harmful addictive behaviors is simply a nicer way to live
