I read through the article and found it to be mostly useless. I read through some of the rest of the articles on the site and found them to be not at all serious. So if you're reading the white light article, remember that.
I'll just comment on the white light. In the article it's said that wrapping yourself in white light acts as a beacon to the nasties. That part is true. Moth to a flame and all that. But her suggestion to lower your vibration and "go dark" so they won't see you is possibly the worst suggestion I've ever heard. That's like throwing yourself to the wolves and wondering why you're getting chomped on. Sigh.
Real psychic protection involves the white light, raising your vibration so they can't see you (not lowering it), calling in angels and guides to protect you, and getting access to a really kickin' astral sword.
