I'm interested in joining this challenge.. though does it count that I'm taking japanese classes? So far I've learned speaking distantly, using verbals, nominals, adjectivals, and simple speaking structures. I've also learned 42 symbols of the katakana alphabet (out of 50) Next semester we'll probably start learning hiragana and kanji, but I want to get a head start.
