No, I dont think that this is childish at all! I find it great that you have started this challenge, because it seems to be quite difficult and you dont wanna do it because you have to but for fun! And if you like to read mangas...why not
I had a friend who liked (and maybe still does) to read them as well. Arent they these books which you read "from behind"?
