At the point you notice you're upset, own that you are the one creating the feeling of being upset.
"I'm choosing to be upset right now and I want to blame it on my customer. And... I hate that. I know it's a choice I'm making in the moment but I'm not conscious of it yet. I choose to go back to my joy now."
