I was thinking about this yesterday. I'm not sure whether it is true. In my case it was and is, but it's perfectly possible to use PUA material like the mystery method with love energy. In fact that's where I went wrong... I was making good progress with it using fear energy, then I started reading THIS VERY WEBSITE
and came across the notion that I could use love energy. I tried it as an experiment and it depolarized me, which sucked. I'm only just beginning to understand what happened and re-polarize, after flopping around in I-don't-know land for a year. It's been a fascinating experience and one I don't regret though. Knowing what love energy feels like has helped me understand non-darkworkers a lot better, if nothing else. Before that I could only see eye to eye with other darkworkers. Everyone else was a mystery.
