wow this stuff is fascinating!! how do you 'hire' a spirit guide? I have heard of stories of guides starting out by helping and then taking over peoples minds and seriously messing them up. I think maybe there are evil enntities who hang around waiting for an opportunity to do this and take the chance when someone reeaches out for guidance. that really angers me that they woul dtake advantage of people like that! But in answer to the original question it would seem that there are some beings out there like this who just want an opportunity to mess someones life up.
That doesnt mean you shouldnt reach out for help-I guess maybe it would be a good idea to do a protective ritual first.
