The trouble I have understanding this is that your internal body clock can't have any understand of what "5am" means. Even if I repeat this to myself ad infinatum, I can't imagine that the part of my body that "knows" what time it is will actually be able to connect that to the phrase "5am."
I will try this though... it sounds very cool!
