Generally IQ stays somewhat static for the duration of a lifetime. Much effort is needed to raise or lower one's IQ.

I would suggest reading many books, memorizing things for a short duration of time, attempt to solve mathematical equations using only your brain, no paper. Also, you could attempt to read poetry and understand its semantics.

I doubt you'll ever reach 180 IQ, no offence or anything. You might raise it by 5-10 points at best, that's what my guess is.
