The first is a zinc tablet designed by George Eby. If interested google Eby and read his detailed research about zinc and colds. His work on magnesium is interesting too.
The 2nd is Dr. Ivker's site. I first found his book a few years back when my sinus problems were intolerable - a combination of allergies and candidiasis. I followed his suggestions and got great relief. I re-read his book every year.
The 3rd is one of many web-sites with information about neti-pots. I have this particular version and I swear by it.
