CoolStuff is on a distinguished road
Default I keep getting runny/stuffy noses

It often leads to other symptoms such as dizzyness, tiredness, mild headaches. But when I think about it, it's mostly just my stuffed up nose that's bothering me. Could these be sinus infections? It happened about 3 times over the past year. It's the same symptoms. I doubt it's a recurring sinus infection. Maybe the first 2 or 3, because they happened all in 5 months, but this one isnt.

What can I do to speed up recovery? I usually drink a lot of water and eat ginger, garlic, lemon, and hot soups/teas. Blowing my nose makes me feel better but if I blow my nose too much, it gets dry and that makes it worse.

Also, what can I do to prevent it? I eat fairly healthy. I eat meat, but not milk. I eat a decent amount of fruits & veggies. I cant pinpoint what I do differently before I get sick. Stress definitely doesnt help, but there are times when Im more stressed and dont get sick.
