I hope you don't mind but I had fun with your list.

I learned a few new words today. Thanks for posting this.

2. Asparaguses (is the plural of asparagus asparagi?

)

3. Aubergenes - I had to look this one up. It's an eggplant.

4. Beans - not a vegetable; often put in with Starches

11. Celeriacs - never seen this, but the Internet says it's a celery root?

16. Corn - modern corn is high sugar. Doesn't it overlap into the Starch group?

25. Melons - they are fruit, I think?

26. Mushrooms - can't be a vegetable since it's not a plant

I am naturally suspicious of any food that grows on poo.

31. Potatoes - starch, not vegetable

I wonder what avacado is? Is it a fruit?

I was told tomatoes are fruit not vegetables. I guess this means peppers are also fruit?

My favorite vegetables are probably peas, carrots, sometimes green beans, snow peas, and onions. My least favorite is mushrooms. Many of the items on that list are not available in my area, so I really don't know what they're like.
