 How do you leave your body?
I have never done it but I believe I am ready to do it because I have come to the conclusion that there is more to life then what we see. So can anyone guide me in how to do it, because I would love to learn. Should I pray before leaving my body even though I do that any way? Is there a specific prayer I should do before leaving?
