I had made this habit of using Google's wonderfull "Alerts" feature. I had typed in some key-word which I don't remember now. As a result of this I got some links which took me to stevepavlina.com This was some time when Steve was doing his Raw diet trial. I got hooked on to it, read some previous articles & made a habit of reading the daily blogs and now I have finished reading his book & already taking action in some of the areas in my life.
As i write this I feel so happy & lucky to have accidently stumbled on this website.
