Okay when I say gain weight, I'm referring to getting somewhat buff. It definetly seems I'm going to have to hit the gym. I've been reading about workouts, types of workouts, and how many reps and what not to do a day and all sorts of advices while in the gym. Good avice from a user here (1st poster after mine) who mentioned to consult my dietician/doctor. I'll do just that. Wow I feel dumb right now, I'll consult them!
