 How do you leave your body?
I'm sort of nervous about leaving my body but I would love to do it because there is more to life than what we see, and if there is any way where I can help myself be a better person on earht then I shall do it. I won't see any dead spirits or anything like that right? If I do, what should I do? Also, do you say a prayer before you leave your body? Thank you, whoever answers this question.
