Best way to gain weight?
It is to my dismay that while "loosing weight" is "In" so as to speak, gaining weight to me happens to be a challenge. Last summer I peaked at 140 Lbs using creatine as advised by a friend, but realized it wasn't the sort of weight-gain I had aspired for. Belly rolls, combined with skinny chicken-legs and skinny forearms are a recipe for disaster and I'd like to correct the issue. I'm aware my genes have a lot to do with it (I'm Somalian), but neither my mom nor my dad are skinny. I stopped using creatine because I had lost my job and couldn't afford to keep buying creatine, and yup you guessed it, as quick as crackers most of that cell volume of water/body mass I had gained had vanished. Now, I don't work out- Nerve racking environment, so I tend to avoid gyms because of the cold stares I get from other members. At the same time I try stocking up foods with high protein and carbohydrates such as: eggs, fish, peanut butter, and what not, but that doesn't seem to be helping. Considering I'm 5/6 3/4 (Dang I wish I hit the 5'7 mark), my ideal weight would be that of 140 Lbs with a clear cut-toned body. Please provide me assistance as to the types of foods to eat, how many times I day I should eat, and If exercising should really be in my game plan If I want to see my goals accomplished.
Looking to hearing from your advices, Thank you in advance.
