Tranceformation Works - Hypnosis and Self-Hypnosis for Mind and Body Healing
I picked up this CD set from the whole food store the other day. So far it is amazing!!! Since going through the different trances on the three disks I feel free, happy, and full of self love. I am in control of my decisions and I am looking forward to my permanent healthy and exciting lifestyle. I saw some success with EFT but this self hypnosis really resonates with me. I hope this will help someone else out there
I think the set was under $25 so it is really worth it. I am off to download to my IPOD
