I found the URL in the source code of that blog page:

The file is pretty big - 49.6 MB. Length: 54 minutes, 10 seconds. Not sure why, but I actually had trouble getting it to play in my preferred MP3 player, Winamp v2.80. However, it worked OK in Windows Media Player.
To find the URL, using the Firefox browser, I right-clicked on
this page and chose "View Page Source". Then, I chose "Find" from the Edit menu and typed "mp3" in the search box, which brought me to the MP3's URL.
