30 day chalenge - no sugar and refined carbs
I am a week into my 30 day challenge to remove completely sugar and refine carbs from my diet. I am hoping after this 30 days my body will no longer crave for sugar. Combine with my exercise and low GI diet plan, I am hoping to reduce my body fat content and build lean muscles.
I have been very good for the whole week except for last Thursday when I had one piece of dark chocolate.
